Shikai Appearance:
Shikai Ability: Absorbs any kinetic force while harming the user which is then dobles and can then be used on any object.
Shikai Techniques:
Charging Star: Using an absorbed force within Lady Liberty, Steve shifts the force towards his legs and yells, "For freedom." to use it to double the speed of his flashstep to quickly approach the enemy in order to crash against them with Lady Liberty. (Charge 2, Cool down 1)
Shield Slash: While an absorbed force is within Lady Liberty, Steve throws Lady Liberty at his opponent. As Lady Liberty connects with his opponent Steve yells, "For freedom." to double the force behind it. (Charge 2, Cooldown 1)
Stars & Stripes: Using an absorbed force within Lady Liberty, Steve yells, "For freedom." while making contact with any object forcing it at the opponent with double the force. (Charge 2, Cooldown 3)
