Each race will be given points based off of there rank. Those points would then be multiplied by ten. (FOR EXAMPLE CAPTAIN 30 × 10) Making your base stat 300.
Then each race depending on known abilities,enhanced skills, or unique abilities native to that race, will be given three choices. Each chioce once picked will give you an additional points. However you will only be allowed two choices.
Each chioce would be classifed as a Major or Minor ability. Major recieving full points as thr Minor receives reduced points. (EXAMPLE SHINIGAMI. Kido +50 as the Major and Zanjutsu (Sword Fighting) as the Minor 30.) So your new total will become 380. (For Shinigami Captain With Major and Minor Kido and Zanjutsu.)
When the races transform (via Zanpaktuo Release, Ressureccion, or Fullbringer Stages) thier reishi stat would be then multiplied by 2 for the first release then next releases add an additional 200. (FOR SHINIGAMI SHIKAI REISHI COUNT WOULD BECOME 760 and BANKAI 960.)
